Clean-up Dive

Saturday May 4th, 2013, the Clayton Diving Club will do a clean-up dive organized by club member Rod Azar with the help of the Clayton Village Mayor, Norma Zimmer and the Antique Boat Museum. Plan to meet at 9:00 am at the Antique Boat Museum, 750 Mary St, Clayton. Parking will be available next to the museum. Divers and shore help plan to fill the dump truck supplied by the village. Divers’ Access Dock Construction

Saturday, April 27, 9:00 am Help is needed to construct the dock that will be part of the new Clayton Divers’ Access Point in Frink Park. Meet Skip at French Creek Marina at 9:00 am on Saturday, April 27. Bring a battery operated screwdriver if you have one. Contact Skip by email or phone 315-486-6068. Clayton Divers’ Access Point

In September of this year, Clayton Diving Club member Skip Couch proposed a plan for a scuba diver access point to Clayton Village Trustee Dennis Honeywell. This access point would be at the east end of the Thousand Islands Regional Dock at Frink Park on Riverside Drive

2013 Dive Schedule

The club’s dive schedule is now available on the calendar page. This year’s dives include the Islander, Maggie L, the Keystorm, and the Eagle Wings site as well as two clean up dives at the Mary St. dock.

Christmas Party

Our annual Christmas party is Wednesday, December 5, 2012, at 6:00 pm. Ken and Carol Kozin, our always gracious hosts, will provide spaghetti and meatballs. The rest is up to you!

Get Ready for the Parade!

Remember last year’s parade? Janet was the Little Mermaid, and other club members drove the truck, gave out candy, carried the club banner, and had lots of fun.

November Meeting – Project Baseline

At the November meeting the group enjoyed dinner at the Pier House in Clayton followed by a business meeting

November 2012 Meeting

The club will hold its next meeting at the Pier House restaurant in Clayton on Wednesday, November 14th. The meeting will be held after dinner.
